What is the Mission of the Roundtable?

The African American Leadership Roundtable (AALR) is a voluntary network of concerned African American leaders who work together to create a legacy of service and leadership for future generations of African Americans.

The AALR, a non-profit organization, 501(c)(3), collaborates with leaders and addresses the needs of African Americans.

What do we do?

Mobilize successful leaders to work together to create a more effective legacy for future generations of African Americans.

The Need:

It is imperative that leaders collaborate in key areas of interest or need.
To coordinate our various levels of expertise and resources to promote
and sustain the common good of all African Americans.

To be the best stewards of the resources invested in our communities.
